Family trip

Nice area we have friends that have lived in sandestin for over 30 years so we are familiar with the area. Our condo was perfect, clean and lots of room for our group. We all felt comfortable. They are very touchy about the landscaping, it was pine needles covering the area and we were fined for not having the golf cart on the brick and no more than 2 cars in the driveway.

We’re thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the condo and found it spacious and comfortable. We understand that the HOA rules in this community can be strict. To help prevent any issues, we post these rules in the home and include detailed instructions in the arrival link we send before your check-in date. We also send a text reminder to ensure everything is clear. We appreciate your understanding and hope to welcome you back soon!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, the family had a good experience. We have previously stayed in a different area. Not crazy about the limited parking situation. We have 3 different families that drove their cars and it was an inconvenience
Response from VrboOwner on 16 September 2023
Thank you for the great review! We apologize about the parking, but this is something that unfortunately occurs a good bit in our general area. We are delighted you loved your stay and cannot wait to help you plan your next vacation getaway.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice home with comfortable beds. Kitchen chairs and barstools needed some love. Overall very comfortable, clean home. The only issue we had is related to parking. The driveway was too narrow for 2 cars and golf carts.

Great Place

Perfect place for four couples. All four bedrooms has their own bathroom. I do not recommend going to the beach on the property. It’s very over crowded, there was literally over 8 rows of reserved umbrellas. We couldn’t even see the water for all the umbrellas.

Laurie, we are so pleased to hear the rental met your needs. It sounds like you had a great trip! We know the beach can get crowded, especially during peak season. The next time you venture to the Gulf, reach out to us, and we can find you the perfect spot away from the crowds and the resorts. Thank you so much for your review and for choosing VRBO. Beautiful home!

The home was beautiful, very clean and had everything you could need......well stocked kitchen, beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, toys, etc. The golf carts were great. The back porch was peaceful and tranquil with the sound of the nearby fountain. The neighborhood was a great location close to the wharf.
