Small, fine and quiet 60 sqm apartment in a central residential area.
You can walk to the market square in 7 minutes and walk to the Schwäbisch Hall train station in 10 minutes. Access to the apartment is via a separate, direct entrance via the garden or the associated terrace to the garden,
The two-room apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, a bedroom with a 1.60 cm wide, high-quality bed and a sleeping space for one person in the winter garden.
The whole thing is rounded off with a small daylight bathroom which is equipped with a washing machine.

Schöne kleine Fewo in guter Lage. Geschmackvolle Möblierung u Deko, alles sehr sauber.Technik (tv, wlan) gut.Küche komplett ausgestattet. Freundliche hilfsbereite Vermieter. Fazit: Sehr empfehlenswert.

Christmas market vacation

Wonderful roomy apartment. Great location. The kitchen was well stocked but I didn’t have much time to cook! Our host was available for questions. We plan on staying again when we return in the summer or fall.

Wonderful apartment

We spent a relaxing 3 days in Schwäbisch Hall. The apartment has plenty of room, good kitchen and is very comfortable. It is a quiet, beautiful seetting. An easy 15 minute walk to the town center. Stephan was great!

In die Jahre gekommen

Die FeWo liegt sehr zentral zur Altstadt und zu den Kocherauen. Leider ist diese in die Jahre gekommen und lässt viele Wünsche offen. Aufgrund der Bauweise ist sie sehr hellhörig und renovierungsbedürftig. Nicht nachvollziehen konnten wir den Zusatz Premium bei der Ausschreibung.

Entspannter Herbsturlaub

Gute Lage, in wenigen Minuten erreicht man zu Fuß die Innenstadt und damit die Museen, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten der sehr schönen und interessanten Stadt. Die Wohnung bietet alles, was für einen entspannten Urlaub erforderlich ist. Sie ist zwar etwas "in die Jahre gekommen ", was der Gemütlichkeit aber nicht schadet. Zudem ist sie sehr persönlich eingerichtet und unterscheidet sich daher von vielen Ferienwohnungen, die wie nach "Schema F" wirken. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Alles top - so wie ausgesucht, vorgestellt, gewünscht und beschrieben

Super schöne Wohnung mit kleiner,aber feiner gemütlichen Terrasse in idyllischem Garten. Sehr netter, kontaktfreudiger, hilfsbereiter Vermieter Top Lage -der Park, die Sehenswürdigkeiten in und um Schwäbisch Hall sind fußläufig innerhalb kürzerer Zeit , ca. 5-10Minuten wunderbar erreichbar - Auto kann auf dem eigenen Parkplatz stehen bleiben! Super gerne mal wieder ein paar Tage dort im nächsten Jahr !

erholsame Tage in stilvoller Wohnung

sehr schöne, liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung in toller Lage. Sehr gut ausgestattet. Altstadt, Grünanlage und Wanderwege gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Großes Plus "eigener" Parkplatz und Terrasse. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.
