Views from every window capture the beauty of the bluegrass on this small working thoroughbred farm. Memorable sunrise and sunsets are guaranteed! Conveniently located only 10 miles from the Ky Horse Park, 5 miles from the quaint historic town of Georgetown and 30 minutes from some of Kentucky's greatest bourbon distillery's. Amazing Stay on Horse Farm

This was EXACTLY what I needed! Staying here amongst horses and farmland let me decompress. Plus Georgetown historic downtown is so cute and not far away! I went and explored, got a great dinner, fed the horses on the property and went to Old Friends horse farm before leaving! Thank you to the hosts for a beautiful place to stay and rest!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit! The cottage was as described. It was cozy and comfortable. The owner lives on the property and couldn’t have been more friendly and kind. It was reassuring to know that if we needed anything or encountered any issues (there were none), he was right there. The location was truly picturesque and peaceful. Interacting with the horses made our stay truly memorable. We would highly recommend this property!

Great cottage in serene location

This studio cottage was exactly what we wanted for our 3 night stay. The amenities were exactly as described and perfect for us. The gas grill on the back patio was great for preparing one of our meals.

We had an incredible stay at Oxford Springs Cottage. The property is beautiful and peaceful. I recommend waking early for the sunrise. The experience was truly memorable.

Beautiful cottage

Loved the cottage, super clean and fresh, very nicely updated, very classy. My only disappointment was that it was portayed (in my opinion) as if it was the only cottage there. There is one in close proximity behind the unit and it appears that there is one above the unit that we stayed in. I would not have booked if I had realized this. All that having been said, I'm glad that we stayed there. It was a very nice place to spend a few days - you won't find a cleaner VRBO or nicer setting.

Great place to recharge

This is a beautiful place to stay and is located in the middle of horse country. We went to rest and recharge and that is exactly what we did. This is a cozy home away from home.

Celebrated Wife's retirement

I surprised my wife by taking her to Kentucky for her retirement gift. She's into horses so Lexington was a no brainer destination. We had a great time. The cottage was perfect. The location was lovely and very relaxing. My wife loved it! If we get to Lexington again, we will stay here again!

Nice 2 night stay! Here for the horsey hundred. No cooktop in this unit but we used microwave. Comfy place. Peaceful surroundings! Thanks for having us!

Wonderful location!

Closet light did not come on thought there might be a sensor on it. Handle on dresser came loose and laid on top for you to see. Enjoyed walking the property too! Thank you for sharing! Jan and cousin Kathy
