State-of-the-art natural stone finca in the interior of Mallorca. Large outdoor pool (salt water), various terraces, fantastic courtyard with Weber grill & covered lounge area, which offers a view over the entire plain of Es Pla (towards San Salvador Monastery). Own driveway and private parking spaces are in front of the house.
The finca is divided into 2 levels. On the lower level there is a large, bright entrance and dining area with an adjoining 50 sqm living room, and an open, American kitchen as well as a bathroom and a utility room. From this level you have access to a covered porch and a spacious courtyard with a private pool area.
On the upper floor there are two bedrooms, a bathroom and another terrace.
The small, authentic village of Vilafranca de Bonany can be reached on foot in a few minutes. There you will find numerous shops, cafés and restaurants.

The town itself is quiet and completely laidback. The house a perfect base and oasis for all activities. Relax & enjoy the authentic Mallorca.

You like to swim? We have a 12m x 4m saltwater pool. You like to chill? We have a lounge, hammocks, terraces, a patio, lawn… You like to cook? We have a fully equipped kitchen and a lovely BBQ station. You like to hike? Just leave the property and hike up to the monastery of Bonany ;))
