The climatic health resort Aufham is located in the middle of the Berchtesgadener Land at the foot of the Hochstaufen. A wonderful landscape awaits you here, which "naturally" offers you a wide range of leisure activities. Our house is in a quiet, central, sunny location surrounded by an 800 m² lawn. Bakers and restaurants can be easily reached on foot in a few minutes. Also the heated outdoor pool and tennis courts. Fantastic ski areas are only 25 to 45 minutes away by car. We provide sledges free of charge. With or without effort during the day, a hot "Jagatee" or mulled wine by the tiled stove in the cozy parlor is a well-deserved crowning touch after a cold winter day.
Furnished with great attention to detail (75 sqm), terrace, living room with tiled stove (wood is available), dining area, couch. Separate kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, 4-burner stove with oven, fridge with freezer, bathroom with bathtub and shower, separate toilet.
