Welcome to our A-frame in the Western mountains of Maine. Built in the 70's, we've kept the funky, welcoming, and cozy vibe our cabin was born from and added the modern amenities that individuals and families depend on while traveling.
The cabin is located 3.7 miles from Sugarloaf Mountain, just before "Oh My Gosh!" corner. Enjoy unbeatable Carrabassett River access in the summer and a quick and easy drive to the slopes all winter long.
Let's take a tour of the Mainah Frame:
Enter our cozy cabin through the sliding glass doors adjacent to the private two car driveway. The no-frills kitchen to your right offers everything you need and nothing you don't! To your left, a vintage dining table with seating for four.
Beyond the kitchen and dining area you'll discover the bathroom to your right and the downstairs primary king bedroom to your left. A beautifully constructed wooden staircase separates the kitchen and dining area from the living room. Upstairs, two additional bedrooms offer sleeping for four guests.
Get comfortable on the couch or in one of the two arm chairs in the living room while watching our 43" smart TV, reading one of the many great books from the cabin, or working on a puzzle. In the warmer months, step out from the living room to the front patio and enjoy the fresh mountain air and the sound of the Carrabassett River rushing by.
Guests will have full access to the entire cabin. Our cabin is located on Route 27, making it super easy to take advantage of all the glorious offerings in the area. That said, guests traveling with children should be mindful of the road.
No parties, pets, or smoking. Thanks for respecting our space.
