Cozy 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, Sugar House home. 20 mins from SLC Airport, 30 minutes to Park City, 5 minutes to trailheads going up the mountains!
This house offers a large living room, cute dining area, kitchen with a dishwasher, and a large yard.
The master bedroom and office/bedroom face a quite large backyard.
A well-behaved cat or dog is allowed for an additional fee.
Easy self-check-in with door code.

You have access to the entire top floor unit. There is a tenant downstairs, they have a separate entrance.
Washer/dryer are shared in a common space in the basement.

I am originally from Toronto and have lived in the US since 2012. My partner and I live in Tahoe and Salt Lake City with our two adventurous dogs.
