Wij hebben de twee appartementen gehuurd voor twee stellen. Dit beviel erg goed! Voldoende privacy door de eigen entrees, maar ook voldoende ruimte om samen van de zon te genieten.
Appartementen waren in goede staat en zoals geadverteerd. Bovenste verdieping is door het schuine dak misschien minder geschikt voor lange mensen.
Park is ook rustig; geen overlast gehad van buren.
Angenehme Ferienanlage, Haus für den Feriengebrauch gut ausgestattet, Sauberkeit des Objektes nur 4 Sterne, da im die Küchenzeile in den Regalen mäßig geputzt war; aber alles im guten Rahmen...es war wirklich alles in Ordnung, wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen. Vielen Dank.

Urlaub mit Freunden
Beide Wohnungen gebucht, so hatten wir genügend platz Platz unauch Rückzugsraum. Die Küc hen waren sehr üppig ausgestattet. Spülmaschinen Und Grills waren toll. Lage War sehr ruhig und man kann dort viel unteenehmrn. Kann es nur empfehlen.
Wir haben beide Wohnungen gebucht sodass wir genug Platz hatten und trotzdem die gemeinsame Zeit genießen konnten. Es war genug Geschirr da um in einer Wohnung zusammen zu essen. Toll waren die Grills. Betten waren sehr bequem. Check in und out dank Schlüsselsafe problemlos. Ansprechpartner war sehr gut telefonisch erreichbar.

Ferienhaus Sternberg 224/226
In den Anzeigen war der Balkon von Whg. 224 vorhanden. Erst in der Bestätigung wurde darauf hingewiesen, dass derzeit kein Balkon vorhanden ist. Küchen: in beiden Wohnungen waren die Backöfen in einem sehr schlechten Zustand und ohne Backbleche. In 224 war die vordere, linke Herdplatte defekt u. die Pfannen sind in einem schlechten Zustand. Im Bad keine Ablagemöglichkeiten. Schade, ansonsten haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Wenn diese Mängel beseitigt sind, kann man die Wohnungen nur empfehlen.

Positiv: sehr ruhige Lage, naturnah, ansprechende Parkanlage
Negativ: Beide Ferienwohnungen sind sehr verwohnt, z.B.: defekte Steckdose im Kinderschlafzimmer, fehlender Mülleimer in der Küche, Balkon wegen defektem Geländer gesperrt, defekte Herdplatten etc.
Fazit: Würden wir nicht nochmal buchen! Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt nicht!
