About this property

Normandy: nature, history and comfort in a mobile home

Dear guests,

our Mobile home 147 is located in the Domaine de Litteau - a beautifully landscaped holiday park consisting of around 400 mobile homes near Bayeux. All mobile homes have their own plot of land with a garden and terrace as well as a parking space.

Living / dining room:
The large and bright living / dining room has large windows. It is equipped with a pull-out couch on which 2 people can lie, a CD radio to which you can also connect your smartphone, and a 32 "flat-screen TV with French and international programs (including German) via satellite. So nothing stands in the way of a cozy TV evening with a glass of wine. From the couch, the eyes wander through the large window front over the terrace directly to the nearby cornfield.
For your meals there is a dining table with 4 seats and comfortable pads, from which you can see through the large window directly onto the terrace.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is well equipped. In addition to beautiful dishes, there are all necessary equipment such as a microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, large fridge / freezer combination, stove with oven and a variety of utensils. A washing machine rounds off the equipment and enables you to pack your bags a little more economically.

Bedroom with comfort beds:
There are 2 bedrooms available. In the large bedroom we have equipped the double bed 160x200 with a high quality box spring mattress and a viscose topper. So we have created a great place to sleep for people with back problems.
The small bedroom has two separate beds 80x190, which are also equipped with high quality mattresses.
You will surely sleep peacefully and restfully. In both rooms there are blinds for darkening and for insect protection.

Bath / WC:
The bathroom has a sink and a shower and has two entrances. It can be entered from the living / dining room and the large bedroom. A hairdryer is provided.
The toilet is a separate room.

Heating / ventilation:
All rooms have radiators for cold seasons and cold nights. A motorized ventilation system ensures good air in the rooms.

Terrace:
On the large, covered terrace there is another large dining table with 6 seats.

Garden:
In the garden there are two simple sun loungers and an umbrella. A grill is also provided on request, so the barbecue experience is perfect on nice days

Parking spot:
You park your car directly on the parking lot of the property.

Location:
The location in the back of the park on a turning hammer with no through traffic on the edge of the field with a side view of a corn field and right next to the forest guarantees peace and offers a direct starting point for hikes in the Cerisy Forest.

Domaine de Litteau:
The holiday village is very quiet in the green on the border between the departments of Calvados and Manche. You will soon be on the D572, via which you Lô or Bayeux reached in a few minutes. In the domain there is a small shop for essentials that offers fresh bread every morning - also to order - and a bar with hot snacks and drinks. The park has some attractions such as the swimming pool or fishing ponds, playground for the little ones, etc. Some attractions are chargeable. There is also a bike rental for a fee.

Shopping, bar & restaurants:
There is a bakery, pharmacy and Super U in nearby Le Molay-Littry.
In Bayeux and St. Lô has more shops and restaurants.

Attractions:
Litteau is the ideal starting point for a variety of sights such as the D-Day landing beaches (Omaha Beach ...), castles, Bayeux Cathedral, museums for the 2nd World War I, the monastery mountain Mont Saint Michel, Point du Hoc and much more. A folder with tips is available in our accommodation.

Important instructions:
We recommend arriving by car, as the holiday park is outside the towns and the Basse-Normandie is easy to explore by car.
Towels and bed linen can be provided for an additional € 30. Please notify when booking, payment is made directly on site.
Some attractions of the holiday park require the Fun-Pass, which we supply by request for free.
