Our apartment "JOLA" is located on the Polish Baltic Sea near the beach and invites you to a peaceful vacation. The apartment was built in 2005 and is located on the edge of a pine forest. Apartment "JOLA" is away from the hustle and bustle of traffic, but not far from the center.
The 2-room apartment (37m²) is approx. 150m from the beach, has a south-facing balcony and offers sleeping space for up to three adults.

Sehr schöner, erholsamer Urlaub mit Enkeltochter.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit Unterkunft. Sehr nette Kommunikation mit Vermieter, die Wohnung war wie beschrieben und es waren sogar Strandgeräte wie Sonnenstühle, Windfang vorhanden. Der Weg zum Strand war in 5 Minuten erledigt.Vielen Dank, wir kommen bestimmt nocheinmal wieder.

Erholsame und günste Tage direkt in Strandnähe

Hier hat alles gestimmt: Die Beschreibung des Appartments, die Extras (z.B. ein zum Haus gehörender bewachter Parkplatz) und das Ambiente: Strand nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, Supermarkt und Centrum zu Fuß leicht erreichbar. Der Vermieter war überaus daran interressiert, dass sich die Gäste wohl fühlen und meldete sich mehrfach - z.B. nach einem kurzen Kälteeinbruch rief er an und sagte, wo zusätzliche Decken sind und wie die Heizung zu bedienen sei. Auch die An- und Abreise konnte flexibel vereinbart werden. Für das, was mir geboten wurde, war das Appartment im September sehr günstig und es ist ideal für eine kurze Flucht aus dem Alltag. Gerne wieder!

Zum ersten mal innerhalb von 20 Jahren beklagt sich ein Gast über Geruch in der Wohnung (2023 kpl. renoviert)als auch über verschmutzte Kissen. Nichtsdestotrotzt um den Gast zufrieden zustellen wurden inerhalb von 24 Std.neue Kissen gekauft und gewechselt.Der Gast trotzt aller unserer Bemühungen hat auf finanzielle Entschädigungen gedrängt.Damit ich nicht einverstanden war.Meine Vermutung ist , das die Person auch bei andern Gastgebern nach "Geistern" sucht um zusätzlichen finanziellen Vorteile für sich zu erziehen. Danke auch für das Kompliment "Abwertend".........

Super Unterkunft

Sauber und modern Ausgestattete Ferienwohnung auch für Familien mit kleinen Kindern geeignet. Es gibt eigene Parkplätze ( mit Videoüberwachung) und viele Abstellmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder. Die Vermieterin spricht Deutsch, erklärt genau das Check-in und ist auch wenn es um anderen Fragen geht sehr Hilfsbereit. Der Strand ist in 3-4 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen und sind uns sicher das wir unseren nächsten Ostsee Urlaub wieder dort verbringen möchten.

Wunderschöner erholsamer Urlaub

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr schön eingerichtet. Lage perfekt - fernab vom Trubel, am Wald - und doch war man schnell an der Strandpromenade, die sehr schön ist. Tolle Gastronomie überall. Kurzer Weg zum Strand, der sehr sauber ist. Kurzum: Erholung pur!!
