Vacation apartment/apartment for 3 guests with 27m² in Prerow (127443)

The listed captain's house was built around 1850 in the traditional Darss style. Later the foreman of the Prerower sea rescue, Wilhelm Brumshagen, lived here.

Over 100 years ago, the house known as "Villa Möwe" accommodated summer guests.
In 2008 the property was lovingly renovated by the Ruff couple. They attached great importance to maintaining the old maritime flair, while at the same time being equipped with all modern comforts.
The two stylish apartments "Elves" and "Angels" now invite you to relax in the here and now.

Gemütliches Nest

Die kleine Wohnung bietet einen schlichten, aber gemütlichen Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Zentral gelegen und trotzdem ziemlich ruhig. Alles auch gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Radstellplätze waren nicht so ersichtlich, es hat sich aber ein Platz gefunden. Den Garten teilt man sich mit anderen Urlaubern im Objekt. Die enge Treppe zur Wohnung ist vielleicht nicht jedermans Sache. Dafür gibt es für zwei Personen reichlich Platz in der Wohnung. Es war ein schöner Urlaub und das Gesamtpaket hat gestimmt!
