Our well-kept, senior-friendly apartment on the southwestern outskirts of Kressbronn impresses with its quiet location on a cul-de-sac and in front of an extensive landscape reserve, with a wonderful view of the great outdoors and distant Swiss mountain giants. Pure relaxation is guaranteed when you can hear birds chirping from the balcony and observe herons while searching for food. You can reach the magnificent lake promenade (with ship's land), the attractive natural beach, and the legendary Lake Constance cycle path with a total length of more than 200 km via a cycle / hiking path through well-tended orchards. The popular cities of Lindau and Friedrichshafen are only 10 km away. You can reach the Land of Vorarlberg or Eastern Switzerland by car, or even with the "Weisse Flotte" by sea, in less than an hour. Well-tended orchards and hop gardens await you in the rural, hilly hinterland, but also excellent cycle paths and idyllic small bathing lakes embedded in the landscape. A large supermarket is only 300 m away, several good restaurants in the center and on the lake promenade are only 500 - 1500 m. Sports and leisure facilities (tennis, equestrian center, lido, climbing park, marina, 2 18-hole golf courses) are nearby. Use of the tennis courts, entry to the lido and the like. V. M. are free for our guests (with guest card).

Senior friendly thanks to level access and stepless, bright rooms: Large living / dining room, equipped with a comfortable, pull-out sofa bed; Bedroom with double bed and large wardrobe; please note that you have to bring your own bed linen! Separate, fully equipped kitchen with electric stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, extra freezer, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster; Daylight bathroom with sink, toilet, bathtub with shower, closet, hair dryer; large south-facing balcony with garden furniture and a practical separate storage room; spacious hall with wardrobe and sideboard. Our guests have access to cable TV (with flat screen), a compact stereo system, Internet / WLAN, car parking spaces and a lockable single garage free of charge. Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited in the apartment!
