Villa Holgenbach is a wonderful accommodation and consists of two apartments ("Penthouse Holgenbach" and "Apartment Holgenbach"), which can be rented separately or together. This makes the villa particularly suitable for a large family, a vacation with 3 generations, 2 families, friends who want to enjoy all activities in the Eifel together, etc. The 2 separate apartments let you feel good together, but there is also the possibility for privacy. The division of the villa fits perfectly. Since the penthouse apartment is much more spacious, you can eat and relax with the whole family or with both families. There is space for everyone, lots of dishes, an extra large fridge and if you want to eat all outside, place the 2 picnic tables next to each other and enjoy the beautiful view together!

The villa is located on a quiet street in Schleiden, just a few minutes' walk from the center. The villa has a beautiful view and perfect sun exposure. There is free WiFi, smart TV (incl. Chromecast so you can see everything you’re used to at home (streaming from your phone / tablet or signing in to Netflix’s apps, etc.) and available cable TV channels. There is free parking (including a garage).

Schleiden is located in the beautiful Eifel National Park. You can cycle and hike from the villa. Many other activities in the immediate vicinity.

The "Penthouse Holgenbach" has 2 bedrooms, a large living room (with large sofa bed) with dining area, a separate dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom with bath and shower and separate toilet. It is wonderfully spacious apartment. There is a large terrace of 75-100 m² with a fantastic view, several seating, dining and relaxation furniture, trampoline, grill and garage.

The "Apartment Holgenbach" has 2 bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom with bath and shower and toilet, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also an outdoor area with a picnic table and lounge chairs.

If the Villa Holgenbach is rented out completely, we have set the maximum for 10 people per stay for your own comfort.

Villa Holgenbach is located in Schleiden, 500 m from the center. There are various restaurants and shops. The bus stop is 500 meters away. The hiking trails start right at the house. The dead end ends in nature after about 300 meters. The Eifelsteig, Wildernistrail and Rur-Olef routes lead through the municipality of Schleiden. In Gemünd you will find the Tor Eifel National Park. You can download various hiking routes with distances from 1.3 km to 23.1 km as well as cycling routes on the site of the municipality of Schleiden. Schleiden has an outdoor pool with a sunbathing area (within walking distance). There is a hospital, a number of general practitioners and dentists.

There is a lot to discover and experience in the area. A visit to Aachen, Cologne, Bonn, Koblenz, Trier and Maastricht is recommended. All cities can be reached by car in an hour to just over an hour. Or visit the wine regions of the Ahrthal or the Moselle. Other tips: Monschau, Blankenheim and Bad Münstereifel, Nürburgring, Phantasialand, Rursee, Kronenburger See, Kyllradweg, Vennbahn, winter sports area Weisser Stein in Udenbreth and the game reserve in Hellenthal.
