Fully furnished beach house with a salt water pool that can be heated. Open concept rental is located across the street from the ocean, with outdoor shower, fenced in back yard w/gas grill, SS appliances, new cookware, beach, pickleball, and pool gear, coffee/tea bar, 2-person work/study area with USB and FB portal, game room - arcade games, pool table, bikes, screened lanai with party lights, fire pit, DVD/Blue Ray, garage. Black out curtains. Enjoy all of the comforts of home. We have thought of everything like the black out curtains! Travel crib is available upon request. No stairs to mess with! Just bring your clothes! Walk to pickleball or golf.

Why they chose this property
Fantastic location, exceptionally clean, quiet, and a no drive beach. This location allows you to enjoy a beach that is commonly shared only by residents, walk or ride the bikes to the pickleball/tennis courts or play golf. Everything is based on a walkable sidewalk that gets you to shopping or restaurants. Daytona Beach is 15 minutes away.
What makes this property unique
This beachside rental is actually an open concept house that sleeps six. No stairs! Great for traveling friends and couples. The house is fully furnished with a salt water, heated pool. We even provided condiments, shampoo, soap, and washing detergent. Enjoy the outdoor shower, coffee/tea bar, bikes, a work/study area, game room, fenced in back yard, and screen in lanai with party lights. A housekeeper can also be scheduled during your stay. Special rates for long term stays!
