Why they chose this property

Fantastic location, exceptionally clean, quiet, and a no drive beach. This location allows you to enjoy a beach that is commonly shared only by residents, walk or ride the bikes to the pickleball/tennis courts or play golf. Everything is based on a walkable sidewalk that gets you to shopping or restaurants. Daytona Beach is 15 minutes away.

What makes this property unique

This beachside rental is actually an open concept house that sleeps six. No stairs! Great for traveling friends and couples. The house is fully furnished right down to shampoo and washing detergent. Enjoy the outdoor shower, coffee/tea bar, bikes, a work/study area, game room, fenced in back yard, and screen in lanai with party lights. A housekeeper is also available during your stay.
