Note : an artist painter lives on the floor below. He can be very inspired and sometimes restless in his periods of creativity. It happened rarely (see reviews). Guests told us 3 or 4 times in last year that he played music, sang even during night-time, address loudly to the people he meets. It is rare and for short periods . We talked to his father and the inhabitants. They know him well. They explained that he sometimes forgets to take is medical treatment which can result in active episodes. They mentioned he never physically touched anybody.
Although this issue is limited, we believe it should be mentioned. If it happens, contact us and we will manage as we did when it happened
