Welcome to our delightful 95m2 flat for 6 people. Completely refurbished and made to measure, our urban nugget is located in Saint-Mandé, just a stone's throw from the Parc de Vincennes. Just a 10-minute walk from the metro station, you can reach the centre of Paris in 15 minutes. The geographical location of the apartment will allow you to easily and quickly travel throughout the capital via numerous public transportation options : - Metro: Saint-Mandé (line 1) located 9 minutes walk away - Vélib station - Numerous day & night bus lines - Several taxi companies available: G7 taxis (the most used): call 36 07

Rein optisch eine schöne Wohnung, aber deutlich abgewohnt und deutlicher Renovierungsbedarf! GEPUTZT GEHT ANDERS! In einem Bad geht die Regendusche nicht, im anderen gibt es eine Wanne, keinen Duschvorhang und eine Brause ohne Wandhalterung, Sprünge im Waschbecken, aus der Spülmaschine stinkt, nicht riecht (!) es nach Abfluss, Geschirr ist schmierig bis einfach schmutzig, Krümel auf den Stühlen, Flecken auf dem Sofa, in einem Schlafzimmer gibt es eine Rollladenkurbel, aber keinen Rollladen, WC und beide Bäder werden über die Wohnung, nicht über einen Abzug gelüftet. Es gibt nur ein WC, aber das wird aus der Beschreibung klar. In die Wohnung zu kommen ist eine gewisse Glücksache. Es gibt eine Beschreibung, die für die Hauseingangstür ist aber eher ein Ratespiel (zum Glück half uns der Hausmeister). Die für die Wohnungseingangstür ist gut, aber man muss parallel am Türgriff ziehen (!), sonst öffnet die Tür nicht. (Einfach ein altes, austauschbedürftiges (!) Schloss!) Zwei Sterne wegen Optik und Lage der Wohnung, für den Rest 0-1 Stern!

Den var super rummelig og havde alt, hvad vi havde brug for til en familieferie, Indretningen var stilfuld og hyggelig, plus det var dejligt at være så tæt på Parc de Vincennes, Vi tog børnene ud på gåture og nød den lokale stemning, Den eneste ulempe var, at varmen tog lidt tid at varme op, men udlejeren var virkelig hjælpsom og fik det hurtigt fikset, Ville helt sikkert komme tilbage!

Absolut eines der besten Airbnbs, in denen ich je das Vergnügen hatte zu übernachten!! Extrem sauber, ultramodern, erstaunlicher Platz! In der Nähe von ausgezeichneten Restaurants, einer fantastischen Nachbarschaft mit herumtollenden Kindern, da eine Schule in der Nähe ist. Der Gastgeber war äußerst zuvorkommend! Unglaubliches Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis! Ich werde ohne Zweifel wieder hier übernachten, wenn ich das nächste Mal in Paris bin! Es gibt auch einen Aufzug! Ich brauche den Link zu dem Schlafsofa, das sie haben, da es eines der besten Schlafsofas war, die ich je benutzt habe

Meubles de haute qualité, espaces généreux, Idéalement situé près du Bois de Vincennes, Cuisine entièrement équipée, excellente literie, superbe baignoire, Tout est là pour se sentir à l'aise ! Je réserverai à nouveau si je dois revenir à Paris ! Un grand merci à l’hôte réactive qui a sauvé mon week-end, après une annulation de dernière minute !

Die Wohnung ist wirklich schön, mit einem sehr bequemen Bett, einer schönen und sicheren Nachbarschaft mit vielen Restaurants und geschmackvoller Einrichtung. Der Platz ist ausreichend, sogar für sechs Personen. Ich glaube jedoch, dass es angesichts der Badezimmerbedingungen nicht für fünf oder sechs Personen geeignet ist. Es gibt nur eine Toilette für fünf Personen mit einem winzigen Waschbecken, in dem es nicht einmal Seife gibt. Im Hauptbadezimmer fehlt ein fest installierter Duschkopf, sodass man beim Baden einen in der Hand halten muss. Es gibt kein Glas oder Duschvorhang, um zu verhindern, dass beim Duschen Wasser herausspritzt. Das Badezimmer des Hauptschlafzimmers hat keine Tür, die von Gästen benutzt werden könnte, wenn es eine gäbe, was jedoch mit der derzeitigen Anordnung nicht möglich ist. In der Küche fehlen Schüsseln und Papierhandtücher, und es gibt nur eine Seife für fünf Gäste. Der Zugang zum Haus ist auch nicht ideal, da man die Gegensprechanlage an der Tür betätigen und auf eine Antwort warten muss. Das ist nicht die Schuld des Vermieters, aber der Flur im zweiten Stock der Wohnung riecht ständig nach Zigaretten.
