Fun Weekend Getaway

Nice property for 3 friends for a weekend away. The only issue was we had to buy salt for the slippery sidewalk because the owner said the plow company had been through already. The property had everything we needed.

There were some routine maintenance needs such as the shower head was limed and had less water pressure as a result, couldn't find the HDMI cable for the DVD player, the venetian blinds are in need of repair, and the trim inside the front door needs to be replaced. With having said that, Michael was very responsive. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing, and the unit was cleaner than any I've ever seen. Very good host, very good stay.

My friend and I enjoyed staying at this property. The unit was on the first floor, corner unit, with two reserved parking spots directly next to the unit. It was in a nice quiet neighborhood. It is also conveniently located.

All Amenities included & Pet Friendly

The apartment was meticulously clean, with the exception of a spot on the bathroom ceiling and the bathroom vent. The dishes and cutlery included were very nice, as was the Keurig for coffee. The salt lamp and fan were a nice touch. Previous reviews complained about noise, but that was not an issue while there. The entire neighborhood is rental units, and we all know there are good and bad tenants. We were incredibly grateful that the apartment was pet friendly.

Nice place.

Clean, quiet, good area, easy to get around city from there. Guys said they would stay there again if in area. Only concern was requesting information via email before the day of arrival and never receiving response back. Luckily one guy had a smart phone so could forward the checkin process information received on the checkin date to him. Also sent email about change of departure but never received any response back. Appears emails received were auto generated.
