The finished room above the garage is off-limits and is used for storage only.

This home is located in one of the nicest and safety areas in Central Point. The home has been recently remodeled and front yard has been updated. I am currently working on updating the backyard. The home is equipped with everything that you have in your home and if I'm missing something or you need something special please let me know and I'd be happy to provide it.
