A family house near the beach, with three double bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Minutes walking distance from the beautiful sandy beach of Kastraki, one of the quieter beaches on the Southwest coast of Naxos.

The villa boasts private grounds with extensive stone terraces which provide areas of both sun and shade. There are beautiful sea views from the terraces and from the large first floor balcony. Quiet area with little traffic. A couple of restaurants nearby. 20mins drive from town.

Génial! Une superbe maison digne d'un magazine! La magnifique plage au bout du chemin avec du sable doré fin et une eau transparente digne des îles.Un très beau jardin, une cuisine équipée, tout est parfait! Refaire les moustiquaires serait vraiment un plus car nous avons été envahis quelques jours.Merci pour tout! Et merci à Gerda pour son accueil.

Fantastic location

The beach is right in front of the house ! The view is beautiful. You can also enjoy the sunset from a comfortable terrace. The house is fully equipped and nicely decorated. We strongly recommend this place.

Kastraki Beach House

The house is located in walking distance of a mostly uncrowded beach and inviting Aegean sea. What stands out are overall comfort, but especially the extensive deck and outdoor seating options. The roof deck is for mornings and evening to watch the sunset and stars. Quiet neighborhood with a few similar homes and vacation studios. Rural and idyllic feel. A great place to get away from it all. Not to forget, there are a number of terrific tavernas and restaurants close-by. The island is also famous for the mountain villages with terraced agricultural lands and extensive hiking trails. Also of note are the historic sites, from Bronze Age to early Byzantine churches and Venetian towers. Highly reocommended.

Heerlijk huis met grote tuin

We hebben genoten van 13 dagen in dit fijne huis. Leuk ontworpen en ingericht. Genoeg plekjes om te zitten op een groot terras en een dakterras. De buitendouche is ook erg handig. Onze 4 kinderen hebben hier fijn kunnen spelen en ontdekken. Mooi strand via geitenpaadje bereikbaar, afhankelijk van de windrichting kun je daar goed zitten en zwemmen. Anders zit je bij Aliki beach ook goed. Goede ruime supermarkt Kampos Moustakis, met bakker, iets voorbij Glyfada op (1,5km). Genoeg restaurants, Faros en Glyfada de beste in de directe omgeving.

Très bon accueil et excellent organisation de notre séjour ( location véhicule, présentation de l île et grande disponibilité de Riet Rowland )Belle maison face à la mer , spacieuse et typique , très bien équipée , et très propre . Belles terrasses ombragées et agréable jardin dans un calme absolu . Un cadre idéal pour des vacances en famille au cœur de Cyclades .

Glyfada Beach is located towards the south of the island , It is one of the longest uninterrupted stretches of coastline of Naxos. It is located on a Natura 2000 area close to a coastal cedar forest. It is a slightly less visited and quieter area of Naxos to escape the crowds. There are restaurants and small supermakets within a close drive and Vivlos has a bakery and pharmacy.

It is the perfect place to base yourself for exploration of the island or to just sit back and totally relax.
