Quiet country neighborhood

My husband and I really enjoyed are stay in Joy’s camper. Very clean , quiet , friendly neighborhood. And the deer are beautiful! About a hour away from College Station and Austin . Great for day trips . About a 1/2 hour away from Round Top tx. Lots of great places to eat and shop.

Exactly what we were looking for

My wife wanted to rent an RV and go camping. Even though I drive a truck, I wasn't interested in pulling an RV, parking, setting it up and taking it back. Why not find an RV that was already set up where we wanted and just show up and stay there. This fit the bill.

Disappointed

The bed was not the right size. It was too big for the frame. It hung off the end and required being pushed back up each time you got off. The blinds did not work on any windows except over the kitchen sink. This caused you to feel closed in all the time. The wasp were a pain the first few hours after we arrived. The shower was full of bugs and had to be cleaned before we could use it. Finally, the gas grill was almost useless. Only the front section burned on all 4 sections. It was frustrating to use. The one thing I asked from you, batteries, you told me to drive to Dollar General. That was not very accommodating. For all these reasons we are not pleased with the price, so we left early. The most disappointing VRBO we have ever rented.
