THE SPACE
**BEDROOMS**
This beautiful two-story floor-to-ceiling wood cabin has four gorgeous bedrooms with comfortable mattresses, pillows and luxury bedding for long nights of blissful sleep. Main level features a king ensuite with access to the balcony to enjoy the views. A second bedroom with queen bed is also present on this level. Lower level features another king ensuite with access to the lower-level balcony with views and hot tub. Fourth bedroom/Loft can be accessed via a spiral staircase on the main level and features two sets of Full-on-Full bunk beds which can sleep 8. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV with Roku

**BATHROOMS**
This cabin features three full bathrooms with two on main-level and one on the lower-level. Main-level bathrooms feature walk-in showers while the lower-level bathroom has a tub-shower combo. All bathrooms boast expansive vanities with ample storage and high-quality luxury towels

**KITCHEN, DINING & LIVING ROOM**
Main level welcomes you to double-height ceiling space with an open concept kitchen-dining-living area perfect for family gatherings. Lots of counter space to work with and everything you need to prepare your favorite meal. The extra-large wood dining table has enough space for every family member with seating for 12. The large sectional overlooks the beautiful views. Access the upper-level balcony to enjoy the views and immerse yourself in the elements. Kitchen is fully stocked and includes pots, pans and cutlery. Kitchen features all stainless-steel appliances with electric cooktop, range, dishwasher and microwave. Wake-up in the morning to the smell of freshly brewed coffee at the coffee station. COFFEE IS ALWAYS ON THE HOUSE!!

**FAMILY ROOM**
Lower level is the perfect space to unwind with your family. Relax in the large family room and stream your favorite movie/show on the 75-inch TV with surround sound. PlayStation-4 is included with two controllers (bring your own game CD). Family room also features a pool table with several board games and ample seating space for the whole family. Access the lower-level patio and dwindle off into the night in the warm and cozy hot tub with stunning views

**BALCONY**
Each level has access to the balcony with outstanding views. Upper-level balcony features rocker chairs and a hammock. Lower-level has the hot tub and some additional chairs

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
**RENTERS AGREEMENT & SECURITY DEPOSIT**
MUST SIGN RENTERS AGREEMENT. There will be a $500 security hold on your credit card which will be released within 7 days of completing the stay if no damages are found. No exceptions. (ONLY for VRBO bookings)

**OUTDOOR GRILL**
For fire-safety reasons, park-style grill installed in the front yard. Bring your own bag of charcoal and grill away

**HOT TUB**
USE RESPONSIBLY. No children under the age of 18 permitted at any time without adult supervision. Pets are not allowed. Do not use the hot tub if you are intoxicated or pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!

**JUNIOR GUESTS**
Infants and children welcome. High chair and Pack ‘N Play provided

**PETS**
Pets welcome (dog only) with additional Pet fee. Maximum of one pet up to 25 lbs.

**PRIVATE PARKING**
Designated parking space for 4-5 cars

**ENTRY**
Front door is equipped with an electronic keypad. A personalized door code will be sent before your stay. Front door also has Ring doorbell camera. Please note that the entry code is programmed to start working at 4 PM on the day of your check-in unless an early check-in has been approved

**INTERNET**
High speed (300 Mbps) wireless internet provided to guests at no extra charge

**LAUNDRY**
Washer & Dryer located in the lower level. Detergent pods provided. Iron & Iron board present

**AMENITIES**
Our cleaning service provides start-up supplies including: paper towels, dish soap, dish washer soap, kitchen trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and bathroom trash liners. Depending on your length of stay, you may need to purchase additional items when the initial supply runs out

**ENTERTAINMENT**
All rooms and common areas have flat-screen TVs with Roku. Bring your own access/password for Netflix/Disney etc and enjoy. PS4 with two controllers in lower-level (Bring your own game CDs). Pool and Foosball table present. A plethora of board and card games present

**FIREPLACE**
Functioning electric fireplace in the TV console in family room. Upper-level fireplace is non-functional

**WILDLIFE**
Potentially can encounter deer, bears, other wildlife and insects

**ROADS**
The cabin is overlooking the city of Gatlinburg and the last 0.6 miles of road has parts that are steep and curvy

**REFUNDS**
No refunds for flight delays/cancellations, weather, weather-related issues or natural disasters. No refunds outside of cancellation window. Please consider travel insurance. NO exceptions will be made

**HOUSE RULES**
-Check-in: 4:00 PM
-Check-out: 10:00 AM
-Early check-in and late check-out will be considered if possible. Please reach out
-Self-check-in with smart lock
-Please no smoking inside the property. Deep clean fee of $450 will be charged if guests smoke inside the property
-No fires inside the cabin including candles
-Do not leave infants, children and pets unattended around the hot tub
-No parties or events
