*Hot tub takes a few hours to heat up after it has been cleaned and sanitized after the previous guests checked out.
* All refunds from cancellations may be subject to a 4% credit card processing fee depending on how you booked the property, meaning some listing sites may have the fee and some may not.
*Unfortunately, we cannot do early check-ins or late check-outs from Memorial Day to New Years Day.
*We kindly ask that if you need a late checkout that you get approval 24 hours. Otherwise, a $100 fine will be charged if you stay past check-out time without permission.
*Guests must be at least 21 years old to book this listing.

Guests are fully responsible for the behavior of any dog(s) they bring to the property. All dogs must be non-aggressive and under control at all times. Any aggression toward neighbors, other guests, animals, or staff—including biting, lunging, or attacks—is strictly prohibited.
Guests assume full liability for any injury or damage caused by their dog(s). The Owner/Host is not responsible for any incidents, claims, or expenses resulting from a guest’s dog. Guests agree to indemnify and hold the Owner/Host harmless for all dog-related issues.
Violation of this clause may result in removal from the property without refund and charges for any related damages.
