the bathrooms were disgusting the light outside the bathrooms didn't work and it was raining the night we stayed i didn't read the entire description to see that the bathrooms were not in the cabin or i would have not rented it. The full size bed had black stuff all over it. I took pictures to try to get the money back for the second day and they would not give it to me and we ended up having to rent another place.

Ma'am we let you check in early with no extra charge. That was at 1pm. You contacted me twice for unrelated info. Between 1pm and 9pm and never had an issue. At 9pm you contacted VRBO to demand a refund for the second night. We do have a 2 night minimum. They told you you couldn't get a refund after check in per there policy.

Neat little place

The cabin and grounds were nice and clean. Our friends stayed in the cabin next to us and we enjoyed being able to be together on the grounds, but still have our own space. We were shuttled to and from the river, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Favorite float trip spot

I have been down twice this summer. I think this is a great place to stay and will Again for an upcoming trip. Spring River is wonderful and these cabins are perfect!

In town for One night

Family of 4 including 2 young children. We spent one night and although we weren’t there long, we did have a pleasant stay. The property seemed safe, with scenic trails and close to everything you need. The cabin itself was clean and the bathrooms located in a separate building just outside of our cabin were very clean which I appreciated.

Cabin was easy to find. I think this would be great for a group wanting to float Spring River. The main draw back for me was no restroom in my cabin. It was right next door and very clean.

Good Place

The host was accommodating, the grounds are lovely, the cabin was a fine place to get some rest. If you're fancy, this probably isn't the space for you. If your objective is to toss a kayak in the river or catch a couple fish and hang out in a camping-like environment, you'll like it here.
