The beds were comfy, the air conditioner worked well, there was plenty of hot water and shower pressure. The location of the boat in the marina was also great. It's nothing fancy, but neither is the town of Venice/Boothville in general. It's a fishing village. This place was a little pricey for me, but that's because there were only two of us splitting the costs. It would be perfect for a group of guys coming to fish. I would recommend and would stay again.

The house is very easy to locate and in close proximity to the marina-bar-restaurant. The house will sleep 6 people and the beds are comfortable but the top bunks have a 200 pound weight restriction. There is a coffee pot, microwave, refrigerator and basic cooking/utensils. The bathroom is small for six people but functional. Very cool view of the inside Maria from the back porch. Ice machine was a huge plus.
