Beautiful house in South Venice, only 5 minutes from Manasota Beach. Close to Venice beach and Nokomis beach. The house is fully fenced, and we welcome your 4 legged friends. Rooms with blackout curtains are just perfect for a good night’s sleep. Come to enjoy the Florida weather and feel at home.

Summer fun

I always enjoy our stay in Florida.We have many friends in the area and we like the beaches. It’s a great getaway from the cold winters in Michigan.

Good stay

We enjoyed our stay. House was very clean. Loved the backyard spaces and grill. The kitchen had lots of appliances. Enjoyed the master bathroom and closet and beach umbrella. No hot tub as listed. Could use beach chairs and kitchen towels. Very close to a major road and traffic noise was an issue for us.

wonderful winter getaway

We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the home. The decor and furniture were very nice and beds very comfortable. The fenced in yard was nice for our dog. We were close to so many beautiful beaches and enjoyed spending time soaking up the sun and collecting shells and shark teeth. Thank you, Lucia for sharing your home with us.
