About this property

HEATED POOL - CLOSE TO MANY BEACHES

Yes, you CAN have it all! Splash in the clear blue Gulf waters at one of the several nearby beaches. Chairs, towels, umbrella, cooler and sand toys are provided for you with this home!
Come home to your private, heated pool inside the screened lanai. Cook dinner in your fully equipped kitchen overlooking the pool.
Our comfortable open living room is equipped with a 65" TV and free WiFi is provided for our guests.
The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and en suite bathroom. One of the guest rooms has a queen bed and the third bedroom is furnished with two twin beds providing plenty of room for everyone.
The 2 car garage is supplied with all the necessities required for a day at the beach. There is also a fully equipped laundry so no worries about taking soiled clothing back home.

Venice, Florida is the shark-tooth capital of the world, and many beachcombers find these hidden gems while strolling along the water's edge.
Our vacation home is close to shopping, dining, boating, fishing, hiking, biking and golf. Downtown Venice, a palm-tree lined village with quaint shops and many fine restaurants, is only a short 10 minute drive.

Overall perfect for what we needed (few nights rental with a pool for family of 4 close to other family) Convenient location Perfect size (4 ppl) Nice kitchen Easy rental, check in process Negatives: Pool pump not working so was a little dirty (but didn’t stop us from using it!) TV did not have cable and apps loaded on it prohibited us from watching NCAA championship game and Masters coverage Suggestion - could use a table out in lanai to be able to sit and eat outside.

Spacious family getaway

Wonderfully spacious, clean, and for our purposes (visiting family in the area) perfectly located. In about 5 minutes you can be looking for shark's teeth on Manasota Beach, in 10 you can be at Jacaranda Plaza to eat or shop, in 15 you can be on Venice Isle doing tourist stuff. Nice pool, everything worked, except for food, just about anything you might need is right there in the house. Aside from one slight hiccup at check-in, resolved in 5 minutes with a quick phone call, everything perfect.

great spot close to CoolToday Park

We were very happy with this property. It was neat and tidy. We appreciated that they provided 2 beach chairs, multiple pool towels and pool noodles. We didn't use the bikes, but we appreciated that they were also available. At this of the year we would have liked the pool to be heated in the evenings instead of the day since we were always busy during the day. Don't hesitate to book this property.
