In Venice near everything, this amazing town has to offer. 2 bed/ 2 bath. Both bedrooms are pretty identical and have king beds, Roku TVs. and ceiling fans. Primary bedroom has on-suite bath with step in shower, other bath is tub/shower combo. Several beaches, tons of restaurants, & shopping all under 5 miles away. 1 car garage & fully fenced-in yard w/ fire pit. Fully screened-in lanai w/ seating & grill to enjoy the perfect Florida evenings. Everything is provided to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The kitchen is fully equipped, down to the spices to make you truly feel at home. All toys provided ,such as beach chairs, towels, shark tooth sifter, coolers, kayaks, bike, fishing poles and so much more. We truly want our guests to feel at home during their stay. Minutes to Venice Fishing Pier & Manasota Beach, to Siesta Key beach! Min to Braves Stadium. Room to park RV.

Perfect little house

This house was perfect for my family with 3 teenagers. Centrally located with an easy commute to restaurants, beach, etc. and pet friendly! We had a great time and would definitely stay here again!

Nice Venice house

A nice rental in Venice that served as our base of operations while we did some post- hurricane Ian cleanup on our place. Thanks Anna for this great location, reasonable rates and warm hospitality.

Nice property, as advertised

Our prior rental was canceled at the last minute due to storm damage, and this property was available. Everything was just as advertised, clean and conveniently located. The owner was very communicative and helpful. Thank you for a great stay!

Nice little house, convenient location

Enjoyed our time in the area visiting beaches, parks, riding bikes. Great restaurants. Home was clean and the king bed we used was quite comfortable. Friendly neighbors. A couple of properties to one side of house are not aesthetically pleasing and back yard is pretty open to neighbors, but I still enjoyed sitting on the lanai. Communication with Anna was excellent.

Great stay!!

Anna was a wonderful host and the home was excellent!!! Just as described in the listing, the home was clean and well furnished - comfy beds, couch and she provided all the things I needed and more! Anna really thought of everything, and left a very detailed list of nearby shopping and restaurants! I couldn’t have asked for a better location! So close to everything and incredibly quiet and peaceful neighborhood. I spent a good bit of time on the back porch watching the birds - turning into the neighborhood a sign showed it was in a bird sanctuary!! I saw 2 of my favorite endangered blue jays playing in the backyard each morning!! There was also a cute little bunny in the front yard on my last morning and lots of squirrels! Also the sifter was an added bonus!! Saved me some money on renting one or buying and my son enjoyed scooping and finding his 1st-20th shark tooth’s ever!! Lol I will be back in a couple months and Anna’s home will be the first that I look for! Thanks Anna for the wonderful stay!

Hurricane evacuation

So I cannot say we “enjoyed our stay” because we were displaced from the hurricane which obviously was not The Host’a fault. Anna was in fact very kind and waived some fees for us and made an additional offer of assistance.The house is modest but clean inside. The rental takes pets so I was a little put off when my dog came into the living room with an ant trap in her mouth. I had to go crawling under the couch to find the other one which was not the cleanest experience. The neighborhood is kind of run down and old even without all the hurricane debris. Overall the place met our needs and we really enjoyed the back screen porch with our pets.
