The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen areas provide ample space for relaxation and family time. The living room offers a cozy Queen Sleeper Sofa, swivel chairs, a large smart TV, and an electric fireplace. The dining table seats 4-6, while the kitchen island accommodates an additional 5. The gourmet kitchen boasts wood shelving, stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a fully stocked pantry with a coffee bar and more.
Bedroom Bliss:
The downstairs guest bedroom features a queen-size bed, while the bunk room boasts the coolest custom-built triple bunk beds. A walk-in closet with games completes the bunk room. The downstairs guest bathroom showcases a farmhouse-style sink and a tiled shower/tub combination.
The upstairs Primary Bedroom offers spacious luxury, a private balcony with a beach view, a king-size bed, a smart TV, and a walk-in closet with a laundry area. The en-suite bathroom features marble flooring, his and hers vanities, a full-size LED mirror, and a walk-in shower.
Outdoor Oasis:
Relax on the front porch with rocking chairs and a swing, cooled by wind tunnel isolating fans. The fully fenced backyard reveals a delightful patio area with LED string lights, Adirondack chairs, a gas BBQ grill, and a built-in bar. An outdoor shower awaits to wash off sandy adventures.

· Your safety matters. Our property is equipped with live, audio/video, exterior security cameras. All cameras face out and do not record any interior spaces.
· Bed linens for all beds, towels, & beach towels are provided.
· Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry pods, dishwashing pods, one trash bag per trash can, travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, and makeup removing wipes, per bathroom.
Check In: Check in for arriving guest will be 4:00pm.
Check Out: Check out for departing guests will be 10:00am.
Early/Late check in/out may be available with enough notice and an additional charge.
• THE PRIMARY GUEST MUST OCCUPY THE PROPERTY FOR THE ENTIRE DURATION OF THE STAY.
• Absolutely NO SMOKING inside the property! Please dispose of cigarette butts safely and do not leave them on the grounds of the property. IF YOU OR ANY OF YOUR GUESTS SMOKE INSIDE OF THE PROPERTY, A $500 FEE WILL BE ASSESSED. PRIMARY GUEST IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL COSTS INCURRED WITH DAMAGES AND MITIGATION IF COSTS EXCEED $500.
• NO PARTIES OR EVENTS OF ANY KIND are to be held at this property. Unauthorized parties or events will be assessed a $500 FINE.
• MAX NUMBER OF GUEST ALLOWED is 8. NO overnight guest other than those listed on your guest registration when your reservation was made. If you have guests other than those listed, the guest will be asked to leave, and you will be FINED $100 per guest that is not listed on your registration.
• ALL GUESTS are subject to removal from the property, by Property Management, for violating ANY terms of this agreement. NO REFUNDS will be given.
• PROPERTY IS EQUIPPED WITH LIVE, EXTERIOR SECURITY CAMERAS.
• NO PETS of any kind are permitted. Any unauthorized pets will result in a $500 FINE.
• The City of Gulfport asks for QUIET HOURS to be between 10:00pm – 8:00am. This means NO loud music or high-energy activity outside during these hours.
• NO sandy shoes inside the property. Please remove your shoes prior to entry. There is a hose provided and an outdoor shower to rinse sandy clothing and shoes off prior to going inside.
• DO NOT move furniture. No inside furniture is to be moved outside. No outside furniture is to be moved inside.
• NO wet towels or clothing items on any of the furniture, beds, hardwood floors or carpet/rugs.
• When away from the property, set the thermostat at 77 degrees in the summer and 68 degrees in the winter.
• DO NOT park in the grass or on the side of the road. ONLY park in the carport and driveway.
• NO trailers, boats or RV’s are permitted.
• Any loss/damages are to be reported IMMEDIATELY. You are responsible for any loss or damage to items, apart from normal wear-and-tear items like light bulbs, etc. ANY damages or missing items during your visit will forfeit or be deducted from your deposit.
• I give permission to the property manager to use a third party to verify my identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest verification can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam folder for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions.
• Upon departure, please follow the check-out instructions to ensure that you receive your full security deposit back.
