Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Ensure ALL furniture, including deck furniture, is returned to its original location
Place ALL dirty sheets, towels, used bed comforters on FLOOR in front of Washer (do not remove mattress or matress protective covers.)
*Leave UNUSED bedding on the bed
Remove all trash and take to the bin outside (Place bin by the mailbox)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
