Our stunning 1,500 sq. ft. single-level condo is ideally located in a quiet neighbourhood only a 10-minute walk away from downtown Canmore, and features:

• 1st Bedroom: 1 King size bed in the master bedroom, flat-screen TV, walk-in closet
• 2nd Bedroom: 1 King size bed in the secondary bedroom, flat-screen TV, closet
• 3rd Bedroom: Queen bed with a Single trundle bed underneath, small wardrobe, this room is ideal for lighter sleepers
• Living area: Fireplace (gas/electric), flat-screen TV with cable and streaming services
• Full Kitchen: Equipped with an oven, a stove, a microwave, a dishwasher, a full size fridge and freezer, a toaster, a coffee maker, a kettle, cooking utensils, dishes, cutlery, and basic cooking products (salt/pepper/oil). Enjoy meals at the spacious dining table!
• Covered balcony: Step out onto your private furnished balcony to relax and enjoy the incredible mountain views. The BBQ grill here is perfect for all your grilling needs!
• 2 Bathrooms: 1 en-suite bathroom in the master bedroom with double vanities and a walk-in shower, 1 bathroom in the hall with a tub/shower combo

• 1 complimentary heated underground parking stall is available on-site (Garage door is 7’6” Wide and 6’6” Tall). For additional vehicles, street parking is subject to availability

• Note: The 3rd bedroom is smaller than the first two sleeping areas and does not have a window, guests needing a quieter sleep would appreciate this room
