About this property

Newly Renovated 3 Bedroom in the Heart of Columbia

Location is arguably the best in town
It is a short walk to two of our favorite restaurants and a good coffee place.

Everything that you might need for your stay in town is probably going to be close by.
There is ample parking , and Faurot Field is 1.8 miles away.
The condo reminds us of a Little Brown Stone and our time spent in NYC, hence the name.

It is a freshly renovated space designed around the intent to make it the most comfortable place for you to spend your time in Columbia.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
-Please leave any used beds unmade. -Towels can be left on the floor in the bathroom. -Please put used dishes in the dishwasher and start cycle. -Turn up thermostat to 76 degrees.
-TRASH: If you would like, you can dispose of Recycling right outside the door across the parking lot. Regular trash is in the wooden receptacle to the left of recycling.
-Please turn off any lights before leaving. -Lock backyard sliding door and front door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
SHOES OFF INDOORS PLEASE We don’t have many rules but this is one of them. We try to keep the condo clean for all of our guests. No Shoes inside

Check-in was simple but we did go to the wrong address first. Once we found it and made our way inside, we were delighted to see how clean and comfortable it was. The beds and showers were terrific. Everything went very smoothly. We would definitely stay again when we go to visit family.

Perfect for our stay!

Quite condo with lots to offer.

Modern condo in a good location, we found it close to many nice restaurants, bars, grocery store and quick service food options. It was really close to Mizzou athletic fields too, Once inside its updated in modern style with everything you need. Upstairs were 3 bedrooms and 2 full nice bathrooms, Plenty of room for 6 guest. I would stay here again.
