Great location for Butler events

We were in town for our daughter’s sorority ladies day and couldn’t be happier with the location of this house. So convenient with running back and forth to the campus.

Great Butler Location

This is our second time staying at this house. It's the perfect location for attending activities at Butler University. The house is clean and spacious. Kitchen is well stocked. Highly recommend.

A solid stay

We had been planning a small get away to Indy with my mom and my kids over spring break. After looking at our options we are SO HAPPY we selected the Butler House. It allowed space but also a place to play and be as a family. The location was great! Walking over on campus the first night and visiting Hinkle was so fun. Our second night there was severe weather and the comfort of the basement was so helpful as we waited out the tornado warning with a sleeping 3 year old and a nervous 9 year old. When we got back to our house the 3 year old ask if we could stay at the blue house again.

Perfect Butler Parent & Bulldog Basketball fan Paradise-

It was wonderful. Location was key, but property was clean, warm and welcoming. We were here (January 2025) to move our son to Butler as a transfer student.It snowed 8 inches in about 24 hours- and we were warm and close to campus.The basketball arena was close enough to walk in the snow.We will definitely stay here again.Highly recommend!

In Town for Convention 2024

The property was in a great quiet area. Plenty to do in the area. Short drive to downtown Convention center. The place was as described. It was perfect for our stay. We were there only to sleep but it gave us everything we needed. We did have an issue with the entry door but Peter did resolve this by driving over to fix the issue. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice little house close drive to attractions

We had a relaxing stay. The place was clean and comfortable. The beds were mostly comfortable (a little squeaky, but not awful) The driveway was nice to have for off the street parking.

Quaint house right near Butler!

My friend and I were in Indy for just 2 quick nights. We got in late on the first night and the house was just as described. It had Butler paraphenalia and personal touches that made it feel super homey. We ordered from a nearby restaurant and it was delivered easily and quickly. The hosts provide a Keurig which was a lovely perk! So the next morning we enjoyed coffee in the cute dining room/living area before we hit the town. The location was close to everywhere we wanted to be and felt safe. It is in a very walkable area (we only wished the weather had been warmer!) Overall, it was a darling house in a great location!

Great location

It's hard to find accommodations close to Butler's campus (let alone right across the street!). We stayed for one night to see a music performance on campus, but it was a pleasant stay.
