We have stayed here multiple times and will continue to do so. Kimberly the owner is the most amazing host and we always look forward to booking with her!!! She is the best!
Older home that has been nicely renovated. Location seemed safe and close to golf course we were at for tournament. Beds are comfy & bathrooms nicely updated. Disappointed however in cleanliness. Cabinet handles filthy and fridge needed cleaned and smelled musty. Towels left in dryer - didn’t feel like our responsibility to fold & put away. Blue furniture not particularly comfortable for us. Would we stay again? Honestly not sure? It was fine, but for that price point, I expected better. Should note that steps to 2nd floor are fairly steep and not designed for older guests.
Very nice neighborhood. Convenient to many things. House itself was darling. Plenty of room for our family which got together there for thanksgiving-birthday celebration and then early Christmas. Kitchen updated as was bathrooms. Owner very easy to reach.
We thouroughly enjoyed our time here on our first stay in the area to visit our daughter that is new to Butler University. Everything was simply perfect. We couldn't have asked for a better location to enjoy our stay. We were close to EVERYTHING - Indy, Broad Ripple, Butler, and even took a ride to beautiful Carmel Indiana.
The home was super clean, newly renovated and provided us everything we needed to feel "at home" while we were away. Our host Kimberly was amazing and we look forward to booking many more stays at this Home away from Home!
We stayed for Butler move in weekend, so this was a convenient location. House is clean. There are plenty of nice extras like ample paper towels, hand soap, kleenex, TP with spare available if needed, cotton balls, shower soap/shampoo/conditioner. Kitchen is updated and easy to use.
The beds included are a king (which is 2 twin beds put next to each other with twin bedding, so can't sleep in middle of bed), one double bed in 2nd bedroom, one pull out couch in 3rd bedroom, and a twin futon (that is located in the loft up a ladder in the master bedroom).
The host communicated very well before and during our stay.
We made the property work but we are a tall family and it was not easy. Overall the house is uncomfortable and not as represented in the write ups. King bed is not a king. It is two twin beds made up separately and pushed together. Full bed is hard as a rock and oddly high. Not easy to get into even for a tall person. Pull out couch is tiny and mattress is super thin. The loft in the master bedroom is not useful for sleeping. Door knobs are impossible to use in all rooms and floors, couches and refrigerator were not cleaned at check-in. Drawers in kitchen and refrigerator were broken or unattached. There’s also way too much furniture in the kitchen and it is difficult to navigate for tall people like our family. Stairs are steep so anyone with mobility issues should not book this house. The host is responsive and the neighborhood is quiet and darling. The house would be good for 3-4 small people when it is clean and in working order.
Charming little house, great neighborhood near Butler University
The house is great and the owners were super friendly and communicative. The location is great for Butler, which doesn’t have nearby hotels. The only minor quibble I have is the description lists this as four bedrooms. It’s a stretch to say that unless you count the small loft above the master as a separate bedroom. But the house is great.i’d definitely stay here again.
We had a fantastic weekend stay! The location was great! We came for the children’s museum and the zoo and felt this home was perfectly located to both locations. We enjoyed the walking path right down the road and the safe and quiet neighborhood. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful home with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Great communication with host. Lovely neighborhood with plenty of dining options. Just can’t say enough good things about this property. I highly recommend.
We enjoyed our stay in this well located neighborhood near Butler University and walking trails. House was nicely updated and very clean.Just a word of caution to anyone with mobility issues- the steps leading to the second floor master are steep .
