Beautifully and comfortably RENOVATED 2 bedroom 2 bath condo. Gulf ‘N Bay is located on the sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. For your pleasure, you’ll find a large heated pool, Club Room with game tables, kitchenette and TV. Private beach access is within steps from your door. The Crow’s Nest restaurant is a few blocks away, offering exquisite dining and uncomparable water views. Steps away is Humphris Park, the entrance to the South Jetty. At the West end of Tarpon Center Drive, the park offers picnic tables, benches, showers, restrooms and a food concession. This is an area known for fishing, surfing, sunsets and breathtaking Gulf views. Just a 4 minute drive or walk if you are up to it, is the world famous Historic Downtown Venice. There you will find fine dining, entertainment, pubs, gift shops, boutiques, coffee shops and an ice cream parlor and so much more! Venice Farmers Market, Venice Theatre and the Historic Venice Train Depot are all there. Legacy Bike Trail is downtown, which offers miles and miles of fun! Ride (or walk) along the Intra-Coastal Waterway all the way to the Beach! That is an unforgettable trip. Be sure to bring peanuts for the very friendly scrub jays you will encounter along the way. We have world-renowned golf courses (Sarasota County is the golf capitol of the world). Venice Municipal Airport is right here on the Island.
