Birthday Bash

I can’t say enough about this property! I let Jennifer know that we were coming to Nashville for my youngest daughter’s 21st birthday. She went above and beyond with decor! The personal touches were so thoughtful! The home was filled with anything we needed as well as things we didn’t know we needed!! We were close EVERYTHING! We had a perfect experience!

Overall great, just a couple of small things.

We enjoyed our stay. The host is great. However, just a couple of things would have made the stay even better. There was a scent of cleaning or deodorizer that was a bit overbearing for a person in our party who was sensitive to smells. Also, the living room couch is very photogenic, but not very comfortable. It's more like a bench. So if you plan to lounge with family or friends, it's not a great spot for that. Perhaps a small dining table would be a nice addition.

South Gulch Treasure

So clean and welcoming!! Walking distance to upscale shopping, restaurants and a quick uber from downtown. Our group had such a wonderful stay. Drinks on the rooftop at sunset are a must! We enjoyed every minute of our stay. We felt so at home and safe. Even had great parking which is a rare find! Would definitely recommend and book again!
