Newly remodeled Beautiful Beach Front Condo Phase 1, 2nd Floor⛱. 1Bed 1 Bath with sleeper sofa. Enjoy the numerous pools, which includes 2 heated pools with swim up bar, 2 hot tubs, 2 lazy rivers and 2 water slides. You can enjoy Romantic walks on the beach with Las Palomas' private access.


We installed a Ring doorbell with chime for additional guest convenience.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Reservation Policy:

-Reservation holder must be over 25+.

- No changes allowed within 10 days of arrival date.

- No changes allowed for Holiday reservation.

Cancellation Policy

- No Refunds for no shows or early departures.

- No refunds in case of eviction ZERO tolerance policy.

- No refund for holidays.

- For cancellation, please log into your VRBO account to initiate process

Steps from the beach. The many pools were clean and kid-friendly. Hotel restaurant cuisine was locally sourced and affordable. Casago staff was friendly and attentive; though the check-in process was off-site, it was minutes from the resort and easily accessible. Will return with our children next time :)

We have stayed in this condo twice it is beautiful spacious and very modern. Loved they had a keurig! I would’ve given a 5 star but I had to do a 4 just because this last time we stayed we didn’t get a visit from housekeeping during our entire stay which was 4 nights 5 days.

Check in was fast and everyone was super friendly. We were impressed by the view.. it was better than we expected. Great view to the pool area and ocean view. This unit is great becuz it’s super close to the beach. We always leave stuff once we head out and this unit is only on the 2nd floor. We usually get a 2 bedroom but this one will do!

Nice property good location 2nd floor not far from the elevator or underground parking. Could use a few updates in the unit. Couldn’t utilize the sofa in living room to sit it was sunken in. One person could use the recliner to sit to watch tv in living room that’s it. Otherwise was a nice place.

We love the beach, and our young kids enjoy the beauty of the ocean, Mexican culture, and the infinity pool.

Why they chose this property

This property is unique because it is on the second floor but still has a wonderful view of the blue ocean. During the busy season it's convenient to bypass the elevators.

What makes this property unique

There are two grilling patios, one in front the Phase 1. The second grilling area is between phase 1 and phase 2 buildings. Las Palomas is 10 minutes from Sam's Club, which we have used to pick up a few things for the kids. If you don't have a membership there is another option next door. Everyone is friendly and helpful. If you are driving from Phoenix to Las Palomas make sure you keep to the speed limits in Ajo (25mph) and Sonoyta (20mph/40kmh).
