Great property for our family of 10! Indoor and outdoor areas for socializing. Comfortable beds for restful sleep. Nicely redone bathrooms with spacious showers. Close to restaurants and shops on Canton so convenient!

We spend a 3 day weekend in this home with 10 family members (3 of which were young children and a baby). There was plenty of room for everyone and the children loved the playroom over the carport as well as the play set in the yard! Conveniently located and not far from downtown Roswell restaurants. The house was very clean, very family-friendly, kitchen was well equipped (even though we did carry out for most meals), very comfortable for all of us and Josh is a great host! I would highly recommend this home.

We enjoyed our stay and appreciated Josh’s excellent communication, including accommodating an early check-in. The home is in a fantastic location with quick access to Canton Street, and the interior offered plenty of room for our group of 7 to comfortably socialize. The remodeled bathrooms are a great touch, and the home was well-stocked with essentials.However, the property fell short of expectations regarding overall cleanliness and ongoing maintenance. The interior needed a deep clean (cobwebs, dirty window frames, and kitchen items that required washing before use), while the outdoor spaces, including the back porch and grill, were neglected and uncleaned. With a thorough deep clean and completion of necessary exterior/maintenance repairs, this could easily be a top-tier property.

Great house near canton st

We had a great stay at this house in Roswell. Great proximity to canton street and down town Alpharetta. Quaint and clean house with beautiful yard and outdoors space. We will return for another visit.

Our family stayed in this beautiful home for a wedding weekend. It is located near shops and great restaurants. The home was absolutely beautiful inside and out. Very, very clean. Stocked with everything you could possibly need.

Great Experience in a beautiful home!

Our family (size 8) comfortably stayed the weekend at Off Canton Cottage and it was the perfect stay! Conveniently close to downtown Roswell and cozy amenities with an outdoor fire pit and upstairs bonus game room. We really enjoyed spending time together here. Josh (owner) was very communicative and we had everything we needed to stay in this nice, safe neighborhood. 5/5 recommend!
