Nice place. We loved all the thoughtful touches that Kim has put into the place. My sister's and I stayed in the "Cozy" cottage. Thanks for a great stay!
This is a great location right near the C&O and everything in Brunswick. I highly recommend it for traveling the towpath or a weekend escape. Check-in and communication was easy and they provided bike storage. I traveled alone, but it would be perfect for a couple or a family with young children.
The space and location was perfect for us after a float down the river. The apartment was very comfortable and clean. It is close enough to the historical areas we wanted to visit but out of the congested areas. We will stay again if we are in the area.
First of all, this place had the nicest bath towels of anyplace I have ever stayed! Very comfy and pleasant, and in a great location to explore the main street of Brunswick- antique shops, fabulous coffee shop and bakery, and a lovely art gallery. I plan on staying here again.
We booked this as our honeymoon and it was perfect. Lots of historical places within a few minutes. Several restaurants in easy walking distance. Very comfortable and nice place to stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.
Needed to be in the Brunswick, Frederick, Charles Town area. This place fit the bill. Convenient, quiet, with off street parking. Great communication with the owners. Would absolutely stay there again.
I was visiting family and loved this apartment! It was in a great location close to all things downtown Brunswick. Could walk to restaurants, a brewery, bakery, and convenience store. The owner was so nice and we felt very welcome! Definitely be prepared to hear trains but luckily my kids loved watching them go by. Cute balcony area too. It was a super cute rental and we appreciated how there were a few kids toys and games to play with there already! Recommend!
We actually did not get to stay overnight as we had an injury on the Appalachian trail, but prior to, we stopped in for a small break. The property is beautiful, clean, and truly cozy. There were toys for our small kids to play with, and it has everything you need for a nice stay.
The location was perfect. The host were very prompt with any questions. Everything was very clean and all essentials at hand. Would come back if in the area.
As advertised...comfortable..heat/cooling in individual rooms was nice...cold fridge...great shower pressure/temp...not much space for cooking but that was why we picked it, we atr out and relaxed.liquor store 2 mins up the street...went to baltimore/ fells point(1hr15min) also into WV harpers ferry...short trip..would stay again
My wife and I loved our stay with Kim and Todd. Brunswick was our favorite trail town during out C&O Canal ride. We will definitely look to stay here again next time we ride the C&O
This was a wonderful stay for a getaway weekend! The town itself is very cute, and has many shops and restaurants within walking distance (farthest we walked for anything was about four minutes), if not neighboring the apartment. In addition, the activities we booked in Harper's Ferry (Adventure Center) were a very easy 10 minute drive. The apartment is small and cozy, and a perfect home base to rest and get out of the heat (the AC units in each room were very effective and appreciated!). The big smart TV also made it easy to unwind at the end of the day. There were three of us, so this apartment was a perfect size. Listening to the trains rolling through was another unique treat, and added to the charming small town vibes. Lastly, the owners are very kind. As we were packing up the car, Kim came out to greet us, introduced us to her family, and we had a great conversation. All in all, a great stay and we will definitely come back for future trips!
Great little spot with in walking distance around town and very close driving to the northern va breweries. Nice, cute, clean place. Everything we needed for a low key quite weekend.
Excellent place to stay in a quiet and friendly town
We really enjoyed staying here for a couple of nights. The place was very comfortable and well decorated. It was easy to walk down the street for a bite to eat and we felt safe at all times. The trains do get noisy at times but we quickly tuned it out and got a good night’s sleep. Would definitely recommend!
A cool, historic property super close to the towpath in the heart of town near restaurants, a brewery, and a bakery. Owners are so friendly and welcoming.
Very comfy place. Easy to find and close to great food. Coffee shop 2 blocks away. Enclosed bike storage with easy access. Wanted to stay longer. . .

Disliked: Location, listing accuracy
Train station next to lodging not mentioned in the description.
The train station is next to the property. This was not mentioned in the description. So trains are blasting their horns all night. In addition, it is in a part of town that is being rehabbed. Which means after hearing trains all night hammers and construction start at 7:00 in the morning. Also there is a sign that you must do the dishes before leaving. Then why do you have to pay a 50.00 cleaning fee?
