The best dock on Harbour Island, a chef’s kitchen, outdoor cooking area, pool, cabana bar and lush tropical landscaping. It sleeps up to 14 -people comfortably, and all 14 can dine together inside or out. Indoors, the home has 5 full bathrooms, 1 half bath, and an additional full bath outside. House is equipped with everything needed for a babies and toddlers. There are countless ways to have fun: outdoor pool table, ping pong table, foosball table, board game collection, sea kayaks, paddle boards, corn hole, basketball court, pickleball court, and a floating Aqua Lilly Pad to enjoy from the dock. The 2,500 sq ft of covered porch and spacious patio make this Harbour Island home the perfect vacation rental.

The dock is big and beautiful, offers multiple power and water locations, steps provide easy access to the ocean, multi-level seating at the end of the dock is ideal for fishing, playing, and viewing sunsets. Quality furniture creates an attractive space where people will want to spend their days and nights.
There are no additional charges for open console boats to be docked at Buttonwood. For enclosed cabin boats that require electricity and water, the charge is $3.25 per foot, per day including electrical and water.
$30,000 per week regular season. $35,000 per week March, April, July 4th Week, Thanksgiving. $40,000 per week for Christmas and New Years.

Rick and Lisa Anderson are from Des Moines, Iowa and you will feel their warm Midwest hospitality throughout your stay. Buttonwood is their favorite place on the planet, and they have been making memories there with their four adult children and four grandchildren since 2017. Lisa is a designer who has paid attention to every detail, and Rick is an engineer who makes certain every system performs well. They love their island community and were part of a small group who founded the Harbour Island Trade School in 2019, which has graduated 400 plus students and continues to grow. They have hired a dedicated team of exceptional employees to care for their properties and their guests. They find pleasure in sharing their home with other groups and families.
Why they chose this property
We love our spot on the bay where it is quiet, but the scenery is constantly changing. You can watch visiting turtles and passing boats from the dock, house or pool. When you enter through our gates, you feel like you are in a secluded island paradise. When you seek energy and activity, it is available to you in all forms just a few minutes away. Private Palapas and luxury beach furniture is available to you on the Pink Sands beach. You have access to the best of both worlds, the bay and the beach, which is completely unique at this price point.
