Beautiful property perfectly suited for a family vacation over the holidays. Very well equipped and in an excellent location - while still allowing solitude and privacy. Communication with the house manager and staff was excellent and they were able to help with every request quickly and efficiently.

The location overlooking the ocean was beautiful! We had a mixed experience. The service was great, and the beds were comfortable with clean, high-quality linens, which we appreciated.However, the home did not match our expectations based on the VRBO listing photos. The property was much older & more dated than portrayed online. The furnishings throughout the home were noticeably dated, the interior lighting was quite dim, making many of the spaces very dark and less inviting than they appeared in the listing. Our guests showered outside due to shower heads that were only 4' high and broken.Given the nightly rate, we expected a significantly higher standard of furnishings, maintenance, and overall amenities. The kitchen was extremely cluttered with small appliances and misc. items, which made the space feel cluttered & less functional. We cleaned on day 1 just to make space.What was disappointing despite spending approximately 40,000 for a five-night stay, basic supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning products were kept locked away, requiring us to request access to them. This felt inconsistent with the level one would expect at this price point.Ultimately, we were dissatisfied enough with the property’s condition that we chose to leave a day early. While the staff was attentive and the home was cleaned, the condition, décor, lighting, and amenities did not justify the premium cost. Overall, we felt the listing photos were not an accurate.
