Our Lake house is a split level home with the kitchen, living room, master suite and 1 full bathroom on the main floor. Master bedroom has a private door to access the deck and backyard. Downstairs you will find the second living room, bar, bathroom/laundry room and 2 bedrooms (one BR with queen bunks & one BR with Twin over Fill bunk beds) ****Note- both BR top bunks have a 200lb limit****

Why they chose this property
We fell in love with the location of this house. It is within walking distance to the most popular local attractions in Okoboji. We have a large double deck in the backyard with a fire pit and mature bushes & trees that give our yard privacy from neighboring homes. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
