New in May 2015 cabin located in Bridges Bay Resort 3 Bedrooms 2 1/2 bath double car garage. Comes with 6 passes to the water park -- we are not responsible for if there are any closings in the pools or water parks. Gas grill on deck plus lower level patio. 2 large TV's with cable and VDV players. Community pools, gas grill, deck furniture. Close to Arnolds park, golf course, shopping ect. Boat lifts can be rented from Bridges Bay upon availability. Brocco Bar and restaurant within walking sistance.

Great property, spacious kitchen and plenty of room for 7 or 8 people. Nice appliances and furnishings. The Keurig did not work, but there was two coffee makers so we just brewed coffee in the other. But overall at a great house, great location and it worked well for us.

It's a very nice place that's well stocked with your basic needs. We stayed there with our two daughters and their families, 9 of us total. It was large enough to comfortably accommodate our needs. We would definitely stay there again. The water park passes were a nice touch.

I am so pleased with our stay! We all absolutely loved this home. It was spacious and clean. The house had everything we needed and everything was in working order. Wonderful stay!

The cabin was perfect for our large extended family vacation. Spacious and comfortable. We already have plans to book here again. Hopefully next year the water park will be open, but we found plenty of fun things to do to keep busy. Thanks for sharing your place with us!! Everything was perfect!

This home was perfect for our extended family of 10. A fully equipped kitchen, linens, great location, you name it. The layout of the home gave the kids a place to be themselves and a place for the adults to have some down time. The resort pool was much loved by the kids; as was the water park. Bridges Bay Before Back to School

The corner lot was very nice,easy access out to 242nd Ave a huge plus because parking becomes congested along the streets especially Thursday thru Sunday. Layout of the home was great rooms were spacious. The Host responded to our questions promptly. Ann you have a lovely home thank you for sharing with us. We would definitely book this home again!

Get Summer Vacay!

My kids, spouse, & I had a great week stay at the Bridges Bay Cabin. LOVE that the water park & pools are included in stay. Kitchen utensils could use some improvement & porch needed cleaned as there was tons of bugs, dirt & spider webs. Otherwise interior was great! Very clean, and perfect space for our family. Fun Okoboji vibe

You’ll definitely know you’re in Okoboji when you step inside this cabin in the Bridges Bay area. It is filled with unique and fun Okoboji/beach artwork. The cabin is immaculate, cozy and spacious. We stayed during some of the coldest days of the year - 45 below wind chill at night - and yet stayed warm and cozy inside. The owner was gracious enough to allow us to stay well past checkout as our truck would not start due to the frigid temps. Although it was only two of us and our dog Molly, the cabin would be perfect for larger family gatherings.

Well-stocked Stay!

This may have been the best stocked rental we have stayed at—lots of towels, blankets, appliances, etc. They have pretty much everything we needed. We love the Bridges Bay Area but unfortunately encountered several loud parties surrounding us during our stay that significantly impacted our sleep. At one point I was awaken at 2:30am by a loud drunk group that was on the roof at a rental behind us! We were woken up by a different party every night of our stay. We have never experienced this in the area before so it could have been a fluke or they are starting to allow parties in the area.

Great 4-night summer get-away!!

We had a super time at our Arnold’s Park Bridges Bay unit. It was as we were expecting, for the most part very clean, but there were a couple of cupboards that weren’t cleaned out. We just cleaned out the cupboards of some crumbs… not a big deal. Also, the screen door was damaged and the screen was loose on one side and the bottom. We also couldn’t get the TV to work in the main level bedroom, but overall, we would definitely stay here again. 😊 It would be a good idea to add a potato peeler in the utensil drawer. THANK YOU!!

Spacious Home

We stayed here when there were rains and flooding was at the worst. The home was very spacious with our family of 6 adults and 3 children. Unfortunately the lower level living room and 1 bedroom had wet saturated carpert. We contacted the host and did not hear back. We were able to move fans around and after 3 days the carpets dried. The last 2 days of our stay the temps were close to 90 degrees. The air conditioner could not cool the home, it was 82 degrees in side. Even with not ideal conditions, we enjoyed the spacious main floor, dining area and living room. There were two communities pools in a few minutes of walking with shaded seating area too.
