This rental was big enough for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The game room was great for the kids as they could play ping pong and darts while watching TV during the 2 day blizzard that we were having. The kitchen was supplied with plenty of dishes, pots, pans, paper products and spices which was nice. The LR was nice and open. There are 3 bedrooms. One room had double bunk beds which is great for families with a lot of kids. The other 2 rooms have double/queen beds. Even though we were there in March (with snow) the back yard looked like there was plenty to do with a fire pit and plenty of seating. The location is central where you can walk to Arnolds Park and other attractions. The communication was great with the property managers.
