Our condo is conveniently located in Glendale. Nearby you will find Arrowhead Mall, Peoria Sports complex, movie theater and many restaurants, and all are 5 miles of the condo. Major medical facilities are within walking distance of the condo. Numerous golf courses that are opened to the public are just minutes away. The trendy Westgate City Center, Jobing Arena and the Cardinals Stadium are nearby (within 10 miles). Catch a spring training baseball game in the spring or watch the Arizona Diamondbacks in the summer. In the fall you can see the Arizona Cardinals in their new stadium. I found the property clean and well kept

The property was well located, it had a covered parking space with the unit which proved to be very beneficial in the 118 temperatures. The only small issue was that there was no coffee pot for the coffee maker, but it did have a single serve option so we managed. The property owner was very nice and helpful.

Overall very nice.

This condo is nice, but not new. It is clean and comfortable. The best thing is the location. Easy walking to grocery and many restaurants. There is also a great park right behind the complex that is very convenient for sports, walking, biking, or walking your dog.

As advertised !!!

Since we're from New England we depended heavily on previous reviews and were not disappointed. Property was well maintained and immaculate. Very convenient to everything on the west side of Phoenix. As a tip the Glendale public library is nearby and has a number of excellent programs available. My wife signed up for exercise classes, which she is really enjoying, and believe the cost was like $10 for three months. Overall an excellent property and Kim very responsive to any questions. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Two weeks was not long eneough

We loved this property, it was so well stocked with everything we needed and more. The beds were extremely comfortable to the point that I looked to see the brand! Loved the walk in closet and space ! I would recommend this to anyone! Such a convenient location with everything close by. Hopefully can get back here again

My sister and I found this condominium very convenient and quite comfortable due to the generosity of the owners! The kitchen, bathroom, and laundry were all well stocked. Although we are senior citizens, families would enjoy this place as well. Entertainment options and pool toys were available. The unit was close to pool and adjacent to the tennis court. We were appreciative that the building was in a quiet section of the complex and the assigned parking spot was so close to out unit.
