Great house with uncrowded beach

Everything was great with the house. The private pool was great and there was always plenty of room to spread out on the beach even though it was the 4th of July week. Highly recommend this house for a great week at the beach!

This house beautiful!

If you are considering booking this house do it! The master bedroom is beautiful and everyone that stayed with us said their beds were very comfortable too! You cannot beat the views of this house! The house was clean, smelled good, everything we needed in the kitchen, close to restaurants and fun things to do, we could not have asked for a better week with family! Thank you to Joyce she was wonderful to work with she answered all of our questions in a timely manner! Thank you for everything!

We loved this beach house!

Our family of 15 (10 adults, 5 little kids/babies) stayed at this ocean front house. We chose it because it has 6 bedrooms, its own pool, and an elevator. It worked out so well for us. It was clean, very nicely decorated, and had all the conveniences of home. We thought the pool looked small in the photos but it was plenty big, and it had both shallow and deep areas. We liked how the pool was next to the house but you couldn't walk directly from the house to the pool, you still had the security gate to keep the little ones safe. The beds/baths are like this: ground floor has a bunkbed room + bath, and another bedroom + bath, a laundry room with a sink, and a game/TV room that has a fold out sofa that we could've used as an extra bedroom. The main floor (second level) has the living room, dining room, kitchen, plus a king bedroom + bath. The stairs are off to the side a bit so we didn't have to worry that the two year old and the crawling baby would fall down the stairs. The top floor has the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, plus two other bedrooms that share a bathroom. All the bathrooms in the whole house except the master have bathrooms just outside the bedrooms, not IN the bedrooms, so someone can access the bathroom without waking a late sleeper. There are several balconies with lots of seating. The balconies and many house windows offer beautiful views of the ocean and beach. There is a helpful elevator, which a few of us used. There is parking for four cars on the private lot and room for our fifth car just across the street. Beach access is very convenient and the beach itself was really nice too, we spent lots of time there. The dining room was a bit small for the house, the table sits 8 and we often pulled one or more of the counter seats over, but there was always one or more of us eating in the living room. The owners had a high chair, crib, etc all set up for us. We would highly recommend this house!

This property was everything I was looking for and it met all my expectations. The view was fantastic and our entire party loved the experience. Rooms were clean. We spent a lot of time in the common area or out on the balcony. The elevator was great for helping with getting luggage in and out. This one is one the list for a future visit.

Our family had a terrific experience during our vacation at this property. Hats off to the cleaning crew, as this place was one of the cleanest properties we have ever stayed at. The facilities were accommodating and the location was terrific! We hope to stay again soon!

We loved our visit so much the last time, ooops we did it again! Fantastic accomadations for a family friendly get together! Worth every penny! Comfortable rooms, beautiful views and easy access! I can cook for my family with a gorgeous kitchen so no need to eat out! Love is in the air on Ocean Shore lane!

Beautiful place and location

The house itself was everything we had expected and more. The location was picturesque! The community was safe and secure. The elevator is an amazing touch to this beautiful vacation home! The layout is very family friendly. The pool is clean, refreshing and comfortable to just float. The balconies are an absolute pleasure to sit and unwind listening to the ocean waves.

Great Views

The house was very clean, beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. The pool was cleaned multiple times during our 2 week stay and all appliances and AC worked great. No complaints with the actual house or location. Our only issue was there is only community beach boardwalk access and another home had a dog that they would leave in the fenced in area by the boardwalk - and it would bark (lots) every time it was outside and we tried taking our dog to the beach.We reported the problem to the property manager who addressed the issue with the HOA. Property manager was also kind enough to leave cornhole bosrds for our use!We also liked that there was a clean, working vacuum cleaner - those are hard to come by in many beach rentals!

Good place for families.

This home is exactly as advertised. Very roomy, clean & good location; close to restaurants, shopping and other entertainment. The beach is quiet and not over crowded. Loved being able to walk the beach, picking up shells, watching the dolphins and watching & listening to the ocean. A good peaceful location.

Clean and spacious

The house was very clean and the elevator really made things easy. The pool was nice but was too cold for extended use. The host responded very quickly to an issue with the deadbolt. Overall a very nice stay. There was road flooding right in front of the driveway which persisted for days after a rain, the water was to the bottom of an SUV, so could be problematic for a lower vehicle.

Great place for family gathering

House was exactly as depicted in the listing. Kitchen was very well-equipped with all the necessities. 2 refrigerators was a nice touch, along with washer and dryer. Some beach chairs and pool toys were available. Would definitely rent again.

Wow! The View!

We were awe struck from the moment we waked into the house. The house was beautiful and spacious and the views from the upper two stories were stunning! The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and two refrigerators was a huge plus!! The elevator was a miracle for ourselves and our elderly family! Our weather was perfect and the beach was so convenient and not overcrowded. We loved how close the Aquarium, restaurants and shopping were to the house. We took a fantastic voyage to Beaufort for one evening. We enjoyed sunrises and sunsets every day. And on our last day we got to see a pack of dolphins in the ocean right out the living room windows! We all wanted to stay longer: Absolutely wonderful!

Fabulous sibling vacation

We loved this property. We had 5 couples and plenty of room. The kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable and the sound of the ocean was mesmerizing. It was a little tight around the dining table but nothing that affected our trip. We mentioned some ants around the pool to a maintenance worker and they came back with ant bait. No more ants! The grill needed some TLC and Joyce had a new one sent the next day! Great customer service. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent this property again. We all had a great time!
