This freshly updated farmhouse sits on 11 partially wooded acres with plenty of privacy just 3 miles from downtown Granville. Excellent views of the outdoors from nearly every room. Features a swim-friendly half-acre pond with dock, a firepit, and a large back patio perfect for parties and large gatherings. This is a beautiful place for graduation parties, weddings, birthday parties, retreats, etc. One acre back yard is screened from neighbors by mature evergreen trees (Norway Spruce.)

Great Stay

Our group of family/friends stayed here while we attended The Mopar Nationals at National Trails Raceway. We were 15 minutes from the racetrack. The house and property were very nice. The owner/host was great to work with. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Property

We had a wonderful stay. We stayed Friday thru Sunday and would be happy to return. The beautiful pond made for a wonderful way to end the day. The host was very communitive.

Great location and property!

We spent the weekend in Granville visiting our Denison University student. The house is close to town and campus and set on the top of a beautiful hill with a lake and great views. The host was quick to respond, helpful and attentive. I wish we had found this property when our son was a first year student!

I like being a host because my house and property are too nice for just me. It brings me happiness to have others enjoy the place I've spent 32 years making beautiful.

You will not find a modern four-bedroom house on this much land, great privacy, and a clean pond anywhere in the area. It is three miles from Granville and twenty-five miles from downtown Columbus. You can see for miles from the front yard.
