The Guest House offers full home privacy with a modern furnished two bedroom home. Located just off Broadway, the Guest House sits in a secluded setting within a short walk to the heart of the village of Granville and Denison University.

The Guest House provides guests with a fully equipped kitchen including granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Modern, comfortable, and open, the living room is furnished with Crate and Barrel and Restoration Hardware furnishings, a fifty inch television, and hardwood flooring. The dining table can accommodate four guests while the kitchen island provides seating for three additional guests.

Bedroom one includes a king bed with a luxurious mattress, hotel bedding, and television. Bedroom two also includes a king bed with hotel bedding. The Guest House offers one bathroom with a travertine walk in shower. Guests also have access to a large furnished screened-in porch which overlooks a quiet and private wooded setting, a private driveway with ample parking, and a relaxing front porch overlooking the tree lined yard.

The thirteen hundred square foot guest house can comfortably accommodate up to four people.

Wonderful place with big yard and forest behind and near walking path and town.

Nice house with yard. Dog friendly in the true meaning of that - my dog loved it. There is a screened-in porch and a large yard.

Fabulous!

What a great spot this is! Granville is a lovely town and the neighborhood is so quaint. The guest house is so cozy and nicely decorated. We enjoyed a movie in the family room, slept well in the cozy beds, and enjoyed the proximity to Denison, where we were visiting. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Fall Location

We checked in and it was smooth sailing from there…great televisions, comfortable beds, lovely decor and a well functioning kitchen plus good water pressure. Granville is just a very special historic neighborhood. The fall colors were spectacular.

Couples weekend getaway

We loved our weekend visit to Granville and this house suited us perfectly. It was beautifully decorated and I liked the open floorplan. The kitchen was well appointed as we enjoyed cooking a couples meals in. The location was great and was a simple 10 minute walk to town. My only issue was that it smelled of animals and had fur on the living room rug. I knew going into the rental that they allowed pets, and they did have a couple air purifiers running. My allergies did flare up a bit, and my friend bought a candle to mask some of the odor. That said, I would still stay here again.
