And in the winter, all of Summit County’s ski areas are within 15 miles. This is the place you and your group have been looking for!

River West Ptarmigan Peak Condo is a beautifully appointed 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom premium townhome that’s perfect for up to six people. The living area is filled with natural light from big windows overlooking the Blue River there’s also a gas fireplace and a huge flat-screen TV for relaxing after the day’s mountain adventure. There’s also a bar with a mini fridge and drink-making gear. Then, step out onto the patio and watch the river flow by. The beautiful modern kitchen features marble counters, high-end Café brand appliances (including a gas range) and all the gear you’ll need to whip up snacks or memorable holiday meals. The dining table seats four, and there’s room for four at the counter.

The River West complex includes shared hot tubs for guests to enjoy. Other amenities include an in-unit washer and dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, and covered parking for one vehicle. Plus, all Summit Mountain Rentals properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and are stocked with hotel-like toiletries and linens. The location was great. The property was exactly as listed, super clean, and perfect for our stay. We loved sitting on the back patio and listening to the river while we had our morning coffee. The access to the walking trail was great too.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was very centrally located. We loved being right along the edge of the Blue River. We had two things happen while we were there and management handled them in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend or relative. The Blue Market was a favorite place of ours to eat. The condo was not as clean as we would’ve liked. The coffeemaker was very dusty and it seemed like the floors were just vacuumed, not mopped. My husband went barefoot one time from the bathroom to the kitchen and back again...when he stepped on the mat, he left a very dirty footprint. I’d also like see different pots and pans. Those that were there were not in a good condition. Overall we enjoyed our time there, just needs a few tweaks!
