Stony Cove Camp (Waterfront on Lower Wilson Pond!)
This is a sweet little camp, built of cedar shingle, with a large deck set high in the surrounding trees and woods on two sides with private access to our “stony cove” (a rarity on Maine lakes and ponds) for swimming, launching kayaks and canoes, fishing off the dock, or sitting around the fire pit at night. There is a nearby public launch for trailered powerboats that can be tied to a private dock. This gorgeous camp has something for everyone. Enjoy incredible outdoor opportunities on the edges of Lower Wilson Pond, from excellent fishing to breathtaking hikes. Don't forget to watch for wildlife, as moose and deer sightings are common in the dusk and dawn hours.
This property is only 3 miles from downtown Greenville, so you can easily get away without losing much needed amenities such as groceries, dining, a hospital, and much more!

Cabin was clean and cozy. The location was perfect, right on Wilson Pond. The host was accommodating to our family emergency and allowed us to postpone stay for a few weeks. We will definitely be back!
Great place for family get away for a family of 4. Short walk down to lake with the perfect beach for swimming, renting a canoe nearby or hanging out for evening fire. Cabin was very clean and had the accommodations needed. Loved hearing the loons at night and not to far from town for groceries or places to visit when rainy.
Excellent place for family stays. The space was efficiently used - we had all the essentials despite the smaller size of the cottage. There were 6 of us - 9 & 13 year-old boys, parents and grandparents. The beach and dock are shared with another cottage on the property (we were not aware of this until we got there). We found evidence of mice in a cabinet, which is not unusual for a cottage. There was no grill. There were plenty of games. We enjoyed the fire pit near the beach.
