Please note the chair bed is not as comfortable as our other beds, and we cannot provide extra padding for sanitary reasons. We do provide linens.

We do not provide a grill. However, there is space on the back patio to bring a portable grill with you.

We have a small coffee maker in the kitchen, please bring your own coffee and filters


POLICIES
Guests who violate any of the following policies will be charged a fee or may be asked to leave.

| Pets |
We do not allow cats. Dogs are allowed with $120 fee per stay. Two dog maximum and must be crated when left unattended. Dogs are NOT ALLOWED on beds, couches, chairs, or other furniture in consideration for future guests and those with allergies!

| Quiet Hours |
Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.

| Smoking |
This is a non-smoking property (including outdoor areas).

| Parties |
We do not allow parties of any kind.

| Check-in and Check-out |
You will be notified the morning of check-in if early check-in is available. Late check-outs are not available. A late check-out fee of $50 will be applied after 10:00 am for the first hour. Check-outs more than an hour late will be charged for one night (equal to the average nightly rate).
